之前安装XP的时候没注意只分配了一个cpu核心，装完后想调整成4个发现xp识别不了多核，百度google了一会解决方案如下：

XP has 2 different HALs that are used for multi and single processor. If you installed XP when the virtual environment only had one processor then you may have to change the HAL or re-install.
XP有两套HAL，分别针对单核和多核。
使用哪一套取决于装机时的环境。

1. Click the "Enable IO APIC" checkbox in the System settings of your virtual box guest machine.
   Vbox中开启Enable IO APIC选项

2. Run the following in a command prompt inside the windows guest:

   rundll32 syssetup,SetupInfObjectInstallAction ACPIAPIC_MP_HAL 128 %windir%\inf\hal.inf

   cmd中执行上面的命令

3. Reboot the guest twice as prompted.
